This summer we are bringing back our summer workshop series "Lunch & Learn LIVE" during your lunch breaks on select Wednesdays in June, July and August!
Light food and beverages will be served (or feel free to bring your lunch) as wedding industry experts (Florists, DJ's, Planners and Stylists) give us the inside scoop on hot wedding topics like Bridal Beauty Trends & Tips, Creating Your Perfect Ceremony and Reception Playlists, Seasonal Floral Selection and Trends, Creating Your Wedding Inspo Board, etc. We'll also stream the events LIVE on Instagram so that you can refer back to these workshops again later on. Our first Lunch & Learn LIVE will take place on Wednesday, June 29th at 12pm featuring Olivia Brown -- professional makeup artist and instructor based out of Wilmington's own Salon Rosé. In this workshop, you'll learn about current bridal makeup trends and tips on how to achieve your perfect look!
Our next Lunch & Learn will take place on Wednesday, July 27th 12pm-2pm where we'll focus on florals with special guest Amber Lanier, owner of Designs by Amber Lanier! She is a seasoned floral designer here in Wilmington and has all the info you need to know about seasonality of flowers, what's trending in floral design and the industry know-how you need in selecting your perfect floral combinations.
On Wednesday, August 17th we'll have special guest Jana Ingraham, owner of Design A Dream Events, showing us the best way to create your wedding inspiration board and how to tailor those inspirations to your unique style and budget! Jana is one of Wilmington's most sought-after wedding and event designers and knows all the intricate planning necessary to make your bridal dreams come to life.
Our final Lunch & Learn this summer will take place on Wednesday, August 31st where we'll be joined by one of Wilmington's premiere DJ and entertainment providers, Martin Eichert, owner of Active Entertainment and local DJ in-demand! Martin will be giving us the inside scoop on reception entertainment trends and tips for building your perfect ceremony and reception playlists.
