We are now open during our normal business hours by appointment only. We are not able to take walk-ins at this time, but please call the store if you need to come in or do a curbside pickup: 910-471-4212. 

 

What to expect at your bridal appointment:

  1. Face masks ARE REQUIRED per Gov. Roy Cooper unless you fall under an exception identified in the Order.

  2. We ask that you bring no more than TWO people with you to your appointment. 

  3. Consultants will NOT be going in the dressing room with you, but family members are welcome to help you in the dressing room. Your consultant will assist you once you are out of the dressing room.

  4. We are cleaning the store after each appointment and doing our best to comply with social distancing.

  5. No children are allowed in the store under 12.

  6. Please reschedule your appointment if you are sick or have a fever.

 

We can certainly accommodate more guests during the week and can take after hours appointments, if needed. Please call the store to make an after hours appointment. 910-471-4212.

 

What to expect at your alterations appointment:

  1. Face masks ARE REQUIRED per Gov. Roy Cooper unless the customer comes under an exception identified in the Order.

  2. Only ONE guest is allowed at your alterations appointment.

  3. No children under 12 are allowed at alterations appointments.

  4. Please reschedule if you are sick.

  5. We will remain six feet apart whenever possible.

 

 

Please let us know by phone or email if your wedding date has been postponed due to COVID-19.

 

How can I pick up my dress during this time?

We will contact you when your dress arrives. If you have a balance on your dress, you will need to pay the balance and we will ship the dress to you at no extra charge. You can call the store at 910-471-4212 or email info@camilleswilmington.com to check on your order. 

 

What if my dress is being altered?

Our alterations team is still working on alteration orders, but unfortunately can not hold alterations appointments at this time. Please email any alterations questions to Angela@camilleswilmington.com.  

 

Can I place an order online?

Bridal: We still encourage you to shop on our website during this time. You can see all of our designers dresses here. And if you send us a request by DM or email of what you're looking for, we'll be happy to send you dress options that we have in store.

 

Bridesmaid: You can certainly browse our bridesmaid options online here and email us at tracy@camilleswilmington.com to place an order. All of our brides receive 10% off of bridesmaid dresses. You will need to fill out our Measurement Order Form for each order.

 

Tuxes + Suits: You can still order or rent suits online. Click here to rent a suit. Click here to purchase a suit.
