My connection to Camille’s actually started long before I ever worked there. I first came to Camille’s as a customer while searching for my daughter’s very first pageant dress. She won the evening gown award in that dress!

As my girls got older, I had the opportunity to begin working part time at Camille’s, which unexpectedly opened the door to an entirely new passion and career path for me. What started as a part-time job quickly became something I genuinely loved. I discovered how much joy I found in helping brides feel confident, beautiful, and celebrated during such an important season of their lives.

While my degree and career may seem very different from where life eventually led me, I truly believe every chapter shaped who I am today. Most importantly, my girls are and always will be the greatest joy of my life, and I wouldn’t change that journey for anything. The next chapter is ready to be written!

Best advice: When it comes to finding your wedding dress, the best advice I can give is to truly listen to your heart and allow the dress to find you. So many brides walk into the process with a very specific vision of what they think they want, only to completely fall in love with something entirely different. Sometimes the dress you swore you’d never pick becomes the one you can’t stop thinking about. That’s the magic of the experience.

Choose the dress that feels like you, not the one everyone else expects you to wear, not the trend everyone is posting online, and not the gown someone else tells you is “bridal enough.” The right dress is the one that makes you feel confident, beautiful, comfortable, and emotional all at once. It should feel like an extension of your personality and your love story.

Also, give yourself permission to enjoy the process. Wedding planning can become overwhelming when you focus too much on perfection, timelines, or pleasing everyone around you. The truth is, no wedding day is ever absolutely perfect, and that’s okay. The little unexpected moments are often the memories that become the most meaningful later. At the end of the day, your guests will remember the joy, the love, and how happy you looked, not the color of the napkins.
