1/ do I need an appointment?

Yes! Appointments ensure you receive dedicated attention from a sales consultant and a relaxed, personalized experience. Walk-ins are not guaranteed, especially during weekends and peak season.

 

We recommend scheduling your tux appointment at least 4-6 months before your wedding to allow time for ordering, replacements or alterations if needed.

Suit rental prices range from $179 to $299, and purchase prices range from $378 to $699.

We do not offer in-store alterations, but we provide a list of trusted local seamstresses who can also assist with tuxedo alterations. Only purchased suits and tuxedos will need alterations; rental items come at the right fit. If a rental item does not fit when it arrives, customers can call us to order replacement items.

Rental suits arrive the week prior to the wedding and are returned by the Tuesday following the wedding. Purchase suits arrive within a couple weeks to a month after ordering.

We take all possible measures to ensure you are properly fitted and satisfied by the end of your tux experience with us. All sales are final; however, replacement items may be needed after your initial suit delivery and are at no extra cost to you.

Rentals are shipped directly to you unless a store pickup is requested and will arrive the week before the wedding. Suits will need to be tried on as soon as possible to ensure they fit properly and allow us time to order replacements if needed. Purchase items will arrive within a few weeks of placing your order and should be picked up at your earliest convenience to allow time for alterations.

The Camille’s Process

Here’s what you can expect once you begin the tuxedo process:

 

Step 1: Book your appointment
Schedule your 1-hour consultation with our tuxedo team.

 

Step 2: Select your look
Work with your stylist to choose your suit or tuxedo and coordinate your full look.

 

Step 3: Measurements are taken
We take measurements in-store or coordinate with out-of-town groomsmen for remote sizing.

 

Step 4: We place your order
Your selections are ordered through Jim’s Formalwear and prepared for your event.

 

Step 5: Final pickup & try-on
Your suit rental will arrive the week before the wedding and will need to be tried on as soon as possible to ensure it fits, if replacements are needed this allows us time to order.

Step 6: Return after your event (rentals only)
Rental items are returned by the following Tuesday unless otherwise stated.
